From a young age, Heather has enjoyed the fine arts, a passion that she attributes to her diverse upbringing. Through her exposure to things such as museums, theater productions, and live music, Heather has developed a keen interest in adventure and travel. She enjoys visiting new places and discovering the local secrets of each new destination.
As an advocate and volunteer for The Women’s Fund, Heather also teaches community seminars and classes to young women who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
In her free time, Heather jumps at the chance to travel, spend an afternoon with her Godchildren, dance, cook, or exercise with friends. It is Heather’s mission to make it to New Zealand in the near future and surf the coastline.
Designing unique guest experiences is Ethan’s passion, and he has extensive experience doing so in cultural institutions. Ethan has specialized in creating tour programs, informal engagement experiences, and team building programs for notable organizations across the globe.
Ethan also has a background in building custom training experiences for some of the world’s leading corporations.
In his spare time, Ethan enjoys cooking, adventuring, reading non-fiction, and seeking new craft breweries.
Tara has spent the majority of her career as a college educator and diversity trainer and consultant. She grew into this field from her background in Cultural Studies, History, and Literature. Tara is passionate about helping stakeholders make meaningful connections in their work, and she has led a number charitable and philanthropic initiatives in countries across the world.
An avid traveler, Tara has traveled the world in search of great hiking spots and cultural art. She is also a music enthusiast, a singing nerd, and a storyteller.
In her free time, Tara loves to roller skate, camp, and binge on audiobooks.
If there are two things at the core of what makes Lynn who she is, they are event planning and adventure. She has spent time living abroad, where she planned a variety of small and larger-scale charity events ranging from galas to spelling bees and even fishing tournaments.
Lynn started out as a journalist before joining the Foreign Service and acting as a diplomat in Africa and Eurasia. From there, she attained an advanced degree in philanthropy and started working with not-for-profit organizations.
Travel, theater, and teaching (or the Three T’s, as she calls them) are Lynn’s greatest passions. She’s also a licensed tour guide in several cities and loves leading walking tours and food tours. She even produces live theater productions and moonlights as a teacher.
Caren is an avid adventurer and a passionate traveler. She loves exploring, hiking new trails, discovering great music, and visit interesting places around the globe.
She developed a strong enthusiasm for team building from her years of working with people of all ages in her past roles. She has deep experience as a team leader at both an upscale day camp and an independent living facility.
In her spare time, Caren can be found working on her small business. She and her husband have also discovered a new-found passion for volunteering to help train serve dogs for those who need their support.
If you ask Chris what he`s most passionate about in life, he`ll tell you three things: people, nature, and travel.
To Chris, a work-life balance has always meant a work-travel balance. Ever since he was old enough to set out on his own, he’s been visiting countries around the world.
Growing up, Chris` favorite place to be was in the water. His love of water sports and recreation influenced his decision to travel to places that would let him play in the oceans, lakes, and other bodies of water. Because of this, he’s been around the globe to destinations such as Australia, Asia, and Europe.
After traveling the world for the better part of his 20s, Chris was able to combine his love of travel with his career aspirations when he accepted a job as a Tour Guide. Enthusiastic and social, Chris flourished in the role, which allowed him to interact with people, spend time outdoors, and travel.
Since joining our team, Chris continues to do the things he loves as he brings events to life all over the country. When he’s not out on the road running events, Chris is most likely visiting the ocean, jumping into a lake, or taking a quick dip in a river!
The first time Miguel helped out on a team building event, he knew it was something he wanted to be a part of. The fast-paced nature of the activity, the passion of the participants, and the energy of the crowd really inspired his decision to join our team.
Miguel loves bringing his attention to detail, extroverted personality, and organization skills to customer events. His previous roles in administration and tourism help give him the confidence and experience to run any activity smoothly.
In his spare time, Miguel likes to explore the outdoors and shred ice with his snowboard. His favorite team building activity is The Amazing Chase.
Noel is definitely what you would call a people person. Having worked with groups of all ages through local education programs, he’s developed a passion for making connections with strangers, learning all that he can, and helping people have meaningful experiences. These are just a few of the qualities that make Noel such a wonderful fit for our team.
When he’s not planning or coordinating his next great event, Noel spends much of his time outdoors, traveling and being active. Always up for a new challenge, you can often find him hitting the slopes, surfing the waves, climbing a mountain, or kicking a ball around on the soccer field.
On the rare occasion that he’s settled indoors for the day, Noel enjoys creating memorable experiences with his friends and family. This often means having a board games showdown, cooking meals together, and discussing politics.
After going on exchange to Europe at the young age of 12, Stephanie fell in love with traveling. Since then, she has prioritized visiting as many parts of the world as she can, as often as she can.
Aside from travel, another passion of Stephanie’s is athletics. Having participated in summer camps and various sports since she was a child, Stephanie has remained active throughout adulthood. She even worked in the athletics industry after studying recreation and sports management in post-secondary school. Although Stephanie enjoys many different sports and activities, a few of her favorites include curling and baseball – both of which she has played competitively.
Stephanie’s natural athleticism and sense of friendly competition are just a few qualities that make her such a great fit for our team. She loves putting together events for organizations of all kinds, but is especially excited when she gets to lead an active team building activity like The Amazing Chase.
When she’s not planning her next great event, you can find Stephanie reading at the beach, hanging out with friends and family, or playing ultimate frisbee.
Cara has always been interested in having an adventurous life. She was inspired at an early age by the Indiana Jones movies, and this led her to journey across the world for some exciting adventures of her own. To date, Cara has gone scuba diving in the Caribbean, been a teacher in Africa, and gone on several camping journeys through the wilderness.
When she’s not abroad, Cara has discovered other ways to live an adventurous life. She performs and teaches improv classes, writes creative fiction, and tries her best to grow things in her garden.
Needless to say, Cara is a one-of-a-kind event coordinator. She has an outgoing and friendly personality that makes her a natural at getting up in front of groups and leading their team building activities. She loves meeting new people, and getting to travel to new places for events.
When she has some spare time, Cara also likes to unwind by meditating, or spending time with her family and friends.
